What’s the best makeup brand that does red lipstick?
Preferably drugstore brands- nothing too expensive.
I’d rather the lipstick to have a matte effect, rather than metallic.
I’ve just got an awesome red lipstick after trying about a million different brands. most of them turned out pink once they were on. except rimmel london 170-ALARM. it’s really great and and at a good price too!!! =]
